Most of the memorials I have added are created from the photos I have taken at different local cemeteries. When possible, I like to add some scenic photos from that cemetery to the memorials. It is my hope that it will add some comfort to the viewer to see the beautiful place where their loved one rests, not just the grave marker.

Before adding a memorial, I always try to search the Find A Grave website cemetery entries first, so that I don't make a duplicate memorial. Exact dates added help distinguish between people of the same name, which sometimes happens.

If you have found a duplicate memorial, please contact the Find A Grave website management to remove or combine it. I encourage suggested edits, corrections, additional photographs and information for any memorial.

Most of the memorials I have added will be transferred to Find A Grave management once I have fully completed it, unless a transfer request is otherwise requested. The Find A Grave guidelines for transfers are fine if you want to follow them, but I am more than happy to transfer memorials to a friend, a neighbor or anyone who genuinely wants to manage the memorial. Please do not hesitate to request a transfer from me, unless it is my family or friends.

Most of my photos now have a GPS location. The GPS is sometimes inaccurate and I am trying to correct this.

My profile photo is the fountain area in the outside center of The Shrine Of Remembrance at Michigan Memorial Park. We have purchased a dual niche across from this fountain. This will be the final resting place for me and my husband. Our niche is very near where my best friend Sandy now rests, with her family, inside the mausoleum.
