If you find that one of my memorials is of someone you are related to and you would like a transfer, please click the "Edit" tab and tell me of your relationship. I will be happy to transfer the memorial to you if your request is within Find-A-Grave guidelines.

You are welcome to contact me either through a Find-A-Grave message or directly to my email address. Please note, however, that messages sent to my email address that look at all suspicious (ie: having a spammy subject line or from a disreputable domain name) will be immediately deleted without being opened. If you send me an email and I do not respond please re-send your inquiry through the Edit tab in Find-A-Grave. I reply to all legitimate inquiries.

If you have your Find-A-Grave messages disabled and do not list an email address in your profile please do not send me a transfer request unless you tell me of your familial relationship to the deceased. If you cannot or will not do this I will not honor your anonymous transfer request. I may, however, accept anonymous Edits and SACs after I verify that they are legitimate.

I consider the gravestone photos that I have taken for Find-A-Grave to be in the Public Domain. You are therefore free to use the photos I have taken without asking my permission or giving me credit.

I do occasionally post death certificates to Find-A-Grave memorials but only for unmarked graves or undated grave stones. Also, as of January 2019, I will no longer add submitted census record transcripts to any of my memorials. Ancestry is the proper place for such lengthy information.

Also, please know that I occasionally find that I have taken gravestone photos for memorials that already have existing photos. If my photo is markedly better because the existing photo is crooked, uncropped, overcropped, taken from a distance, or taken from a poor angle, I will go ahead and add my photo. Please do not contact me to advise or complain that I have "duplicated" an existing photo. Thank you for your understanding.
