I began researching families in 1995 when my grandmother, Nancy Louise (Wilson) Myers, passed away. She had been a member of the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution, which started these searches, and this information is required for admission. She encouraged all four of her granddaughters to enter and had given each of us copies of her certificate, the application papers, as well as, all the corresponding research. Now, I have become addicted to this little hobby and cannot stop. I do this in her memory, "Family will always be the most important part of your life."
I also dedicate this page, and my genealogy work, to my younger sister, Kimberly Ann Johnson, who passed away April 1, 2003. She was only 45 yrs of age and left two sons, one daughter and husband along with all of her immediate family. We will miss her always.
