Bio

I found Find A Grave while working on my family tree in Ancestry.com. Many wonderful contributors have created memorial pages for a lot of my family and I truly appreciate all the work they have done. I hope to repay that with the memorials I create.

If I have made any errors on any of the memorials I have created, please let me know and I will be happy to make corrections (please use the edit tab).

Inscriptions
Taken directly from the Find A Grave Help section for suggesting edits: "The inscription field should only include information that is on the grave marker, but you can add any information from the headstone to the inscription field." I add a full headstone inscription and do so primarily for those with vision issues who use screen readers that translate the screen to speech or braille.

New Veteran Designation
Unlike some contributors, I welcome edits to my memorials to designate those who have served our country as veterans. I believe I have all of my memorials in VA cemeteries marked but, hey I'm human, so I may have missed some. I'm also trying to find all those not buried in a VA cemetery who have served but it is a huge task.
Thanks!

If you see a headstone photo on a memorial page that says "In Memory of" ABOVE the person's name, this indicates it is a memorial marker ONLY and the individual's physical remains are elsewhere. If it is inscribed BELOW the name and dates, this does not apply.
