From now on I will transfer any Ft Snelling memorial to the person who sends an obit for a soldier that is buried there. You can add the obit yourself. People who send them do not do as FAG asks and I do not want to be responsible for the content. 'We ask that those who index and memorialize the deceased from newspapers and other 3rd party accounts do so with full respect of copyright, refrain from adding information about living people," If you don't want to keep the memorial then transfer it to FAG #8.

I generally do not add death files or marriage files but will insert any pertinent information into the proper field.

All of the National Cemetery entries that I have made are from the Nationwide Gravesite Locator database. Please do no ask me to change dates or names unless you have a photo that confirms your edit.

I live in the Martinsville/Henry County Area of VA.

I will only transfer memorials if you state your relationship with the person and are within the guidelines for transfer.

I will also transfer any WWII Veteran to any researcher that needs them.

Any photo that I have taken, of a tombstone or marker may be copied without my permission. I took them but the families of these people have every right to use them.

Use the EDIT tab to send corrections or suggestions. If you e-mail me direct your message will probably go to my Junk Mail and I won't see it.
I am slowly transferring all of my National Cemetery memorials to FAG. If you want one or more of them let me know.

Meanwhile I am concentrating my efforts on documenting soldiers that were killed in WWII and ordering photos of their grave sites.

Please remember that this is not a genealogy site. It's main purpose is and always has been to find the final resting place of individuals.
