Find a Grave ID

I am a Memory Keeper

As a child, my mother was always bringing us on Cemetery hunts and we spent many hours making grave rubbings and walking thru the monuments . I get great satisfaction in being a Find a Grave volunteer and am on my own search for my family who went before me and helped to make my life the blessing that it is. I'm gratified to know that I am able to unite in such a small way, families who are in search of each other.

Family names I am researching are Curtis, Hollis, Crofut, Burt, Gates, Melow, Sutherland, Watts, McKay, Cady, Sherwood, Pitts, Parker, Thompson, Pyle, Turney to name a few.

Thank you to everyone who contributes to this wonderful website and the intensely important business of perpetuating history by documenting the people and their contributions that have gone and lived before us, gave us life, and a reason to live. God Bless you all.

To add an internal link in the biography, you would need to type
a href="http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=XXXXXXX"Name /a
(I put this here because I use it frequently and am tired of digging for it in the FAQ.)

If you have time please visit my family's war veterans and a very special young man who I had the priviledge of knowing, Lt. Timothy Steele who died in Afganistan.

I would like to suggest that all photos of grave stones are voluntary and should be appreciated as such. No distinction should be made between volunteer photos taken and photos added. It takes a certain amount of work to provide these photos regardless as to whether they are volunteer or added. Thank you for thinking about this.
