In 1987 I moved to New Hampton, Iowa where I currently live.
I am currently tracing my Family Tree
Everyone has a story to tell and history to be remembered for many generations. The work we do here makes a difference in people's lives as we link families together. We are putting together memories for the next generations. We all need to work together in Love and harmony as we piece together the blocks of Families to make the quilt. May God Bless us as we make a difference in every Families lives.
If you manage a Memorial please do something with it, don't just collect Memorials and do nothing . God sees our hearts and motives. Every Memorial I have I have tried to add to as they all have a story that needs to be remembered by generations to come. They are not just a number to add to your managed Memorials, they are someone's Loved one with a history that needs to be told. I have seen some of my relatives who have died 20 years or more that never had their parents added until I done this. This breaks my heart. Let's all work together on piecing together Families.
In creating these Memorials , Please post a Picture and the Obituary for them and locate any Family and Children and Spouses and post on their Memorial Page. Its also important to add their maiden names and nicknames as thats who they were. Lets remember these are someone's Loved ones, so let's complete their page to the best we can. These people mattered.
Monday April 5th, 2021, I was just informed from someone that they will not allow the people's nicknames on their Memorials they manage!! Humm These Memorials are about the person, not about you. The nicknames were apart of who that person was. I am shaking my head . The Memorials are about the Individual, by using all names, Maiden names, Nicknames tells others about who these people were. Must I remind everyone as a Pastor, God sees your heart and how you treat others. We must remember this.. Love everyone, even your enemies... We are here to work as a team to make Memorials for the Families, that means together..
