The memorial page's I have created are family.

The memorial page's I maintain are family, from the Family First policy of Find A Grave, that I have maintained since 2012, I will not transfer, I will be happy to add any information.

My research started in 1982.
I have spent many hours researching, going to the libraries, searching through census, birth certificate's, death certificate's, marriage records.
I took transcriptions from the cemeteries, wrote down the name's, date's, in a Tablet (notebook) that I still have from 35 years ago, this was before Find A Grave, before Computer's, I have listing's for many, that are not listed or not entered in the cemeteries today, 2017, because their Marker's are faded, some unreadable, some gone due to vandalism, BUT I HAVE THEIR TRANSCRIPTIONS, some
their markers were made of wood, some their marker's made out of iron, some cemeteries on private property, some in time, those marker's are weathered, some marker's
broken, Marker's and Cemeteries were their in 1982, but today in 2017, they are missing, some cemeteries were
bulldozed, to make way for Subdivision's, Shopping Mall's, Highway's, Interstate's, some are still left abandoned, because some don't know they exist, some had a fence around them at one time, but today in 2017, their marker's gone, but you can still see the sunken ground and you can see where Marker's, Cemeteries once stood, since that time in 1982. Our goal was to preserve and attain as much information as we could before it was lost. We tried. I have transcriptions from all over the State of La.
I also was able to transcribe other cemeteries in other state's, when my family would go on vacation trips.

I traveled to the cemeteries with my Dad, he took the time and effort to show me where the cemeteries were located in Vernon, Sabine, Natchitoches, Beauregard, Calcasieu, some in Rapides Parish, Allen, Jeff Davis, Cameron, DeSoto Parish, La. Etc., in 1982.
State's I have transcription's from Texas,
La., Ark., Miss., Ala., Ga., Tn., S.C.,
N.C., Ky., Va., Fla., N.J., Etc. in 1982.
I took the time, and made the effort to write transcriptions down on paper. My Dad,
Huey J. Williams and myself, Jonathan Williams,
volunteered to help Leesville Librarian
Emeritus, Miss. Alice Haight, transcribe,
record, go to cemeteries, compile name's,
gather families information as best we could
in 1982.
We were Find A Graving in 1982, we were
trying to transcribe from as many Marker's
as we could before they were lost or not

So many Find A Grave Contributor's don't know
or realize,
have been doing this since 1982.

I will be happy to add any information.
