My biggest contributions to Find A Grave are editing memorials and adding updated photos of graves, or proof of burial location. I believe in putting a photo of the grave in the most recent condition, even if it is broken or overgrown, because others will not be able to find it if they are looking for it exactly as the older photo appears if it is not in the same state any longer. I try to add as much proven information as I can to individual's memorials. I also locate and link family members so they are easier to find.

I manage many memorials that were transferred to me by others who created them. Sometimes the information listed was all they had at the time, and I have not been able to go through every memorial to verify. Please be courteous in messages, we are all (or should be) here to help one another. If you would like a family member's memorial transferred to you, please send the request as an edit in Suggest Other Corrections, listing your relations; this way I will be able to get to the memorial easily to transfer.
