I would be happy to transfer the management of a memorial if not in my own family line.
Any corrections or additions to a memorial, please do this through the 'suggest a correction or provide additional information' link by clicking on 'Edit' tab at top right.
If you're tempted to leave important bio info as a a virtual flower note; click the edit tab instead and send me the info and I will add it to the bio, with you named as the source, if you like.
Feel free to email me with any comments or questions!
If you are a Find A Grave Contributor and don't provide any way of contact, please re-think your position and be more considerate and community minded.ღ
I know there are some that have experienced or are worried about irrate FaG contributors contacting them and they don't provide any other way of contact, other than through the edit tab. But - I had a very frustrating experience where I needed to contact a contributor but there was no way to do it. I wasn't able to see any of their memorials they were managing, they had no email or messaging. They had sent me message that I would have like to have responded to. This is why I provide my email here on FaG. I figure I can just delete an email and move on if needed. But, I really have communicated with some pretty amazing people because I make it possible, and that's more than worth it to me!
By seeing one virtual flower posted on my great-grandfather's memorial, I am now connected to a relative in Wales. We communicate often. Had she not posted her email, there was no way to contact her. She had joined FaG so she could post that one flower. She managed no memorials. I could go on, but will spare you!
I don't favor communicating with people via the public message function, so mine is off.
I serve as a missionary at the Mesa Arizona FamilySearch Library.
You live as long as you are remembered. -- Russian proverb ❤
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain. --Revelations 21:4 ❤
Elder Hugh B. Brown: "Death isn't the end. It's putting out the candle because morning has come." ❤
What is this thing that men call death?
The quiet passing in the night?
'Tis not the end but genesis
Of better worlds and greater light
O God, touch Thou my aching heart
And calm my troubles, haunting fears
Let hope and faith, transcendent, pure
Give strength and peace beyond my tears.
There is no death, but only change
With recompense for Vict'ry won
The gift of Him who loved all men
The Son of God, the Holy One.

For what is the worth of a
