Being a fan of researching ancestry, these types of memorials (and any information that can be obtained from them) are incredibly helpful in researching family trees, which is why I enjoy contributing to Find A Grave. Especially interested in the Herring, Brigham (England), Rotolo, and Gongre lineages.

If there are any memorials that you would like to maintain, unless they are my family member, just let me know and I will be happy to transfer them to you. If not, feel free to send me a personal bio about your deceased loved one and I will add it to their memorial.

I do strive for accuracy -- though I have been known to make a few mistakes :-). If you have a suggestion or wish to contact me about a memorial, use the suggestion method located in the memorial profile. I reserve the right to not make a change if it differs from what I can best determine.

One word of caution in memorial creation -- DO NOT CREATE MEMORIALS AND PLACE THEM IN A CEMETERY UNLESS YOU KNOW, FOR SURE, THAT THE PERSON IS BURIED THERE - leave the cemetery location blank. Just because a family member is buried in a cemetery, DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE PERSON YOU ARE CREATING THE MEMORIAL FOR IS ALSO BURIED THERE. This is not a genealogical website, nor was it ever intended to be - It is a way to find grave locations. Otherwise, someone will invariably request a photo for the erroneously created memorial, sending the photographer on a complete fools chase and totally wasting their time.

Permission to use my photos as needed is given - if possible, give me credit. Just in case you did not know, you can often see a much better version of many photos posted on this site - click on the photo, and you will notice on the bottom right side of the photo is a link to "View original" photo. Click and you may be able to see a much higher resolution photo. For those taking pictures, PLEASE REMEMBER TO CLEAN YOUR LENSE - LOL.
