Every tombstone has a story and represents a person who lived, laughed, loved, and died, but they can truly live on in our memories.
Find a Grave is a great way to honor our ancestors who so bravely paved the way before us. They must not be forgotten.
I have been interested in creating my deceased family's memorials so almost all that I have submitted are a part of my, or my late husband's family, with the intention that our families feel free to fully use, share, enjoy, add pictures, or other personals. I do occasionally add old documents, death, and marriage certificates to validate information for particularly puzzling or elusive kinfolk.
I appreciate folks who generously transfer their memorials to family members. It makes it so much easier to add bios and make the links and corrections. If I have created a memorial outside of our family, or you are more closely related to the individual than I am, I will gladly transfer to you, just ask.
I give my permission to use any of my tombstone pictures, personally designed, enhanced documents, and bios, in your own personal family trees.
We would love to hear from our family members! Obituaries, family photos, and stories are very much welcomed additions!
