Most of the memorials I have created or maintain are connected to me in some way, or the person is related to my husband and son, or I grew up hearing stories about the old days and have found pictures and info from which my relatives passed down to me. I've spent countless hours creating, adding to, and researching that person. I'm still working on adding information to some of the memorials. Some are still a work in progress. I love adding photos to make the memorials more personal ~ keeping memories alive is important to me. I have plenty to keep me busy. I find something new almost daily. I enjoy sharing what information I have ~ I'm blessed to have had family members that kept old photos, records, obituaries, funeral cards, etc. I am always happy to add information or corrections when/if necessary.

**I am not a fan of "obituary stalkers". People who wake up super-early or stay up super-late and add obituaries before the family members of the deceased even have a chance to create memorials for their loved ones. I've had that happen several times, even before the obituary has been made public. Somehow they get the information as to people that have died before the notice has even been released! I find that sickening and disturbing. I used to take my time in creating a familial memorial. Now, there isn't the chance that someone can't wait to chalk up another one in their quest of memorials created. This isn't a contest, folks. This site is for honoring and remembering loved ones, not seeing who has the most memorials for people they don't even know...**
