PLEASE remember the SS Edmund Fitzgerald if you have a moment. Their trajedy unfolded on November 10, 1975 during the storm of a century. The entire crew of 29 men went down with the ship in a matter of only a few minutes during the storm. There was no time for a distress call. The last words over the radio of Captain McSorley to the ship Anderson just moments earlier were,"We are holding our own."
