Find A Grave ID

I was raised by parents who were intensely interested in their ancestors. Through their research, and the research I have continued, many more ancestors have been found than were previously known. It's a great feeling to find our long deceased ancestors. DNA has played a significant role in proving relationships.

I am both a genealogist, and grower for a local greenhouse company. The greenhouse gets me out of the house, and away from my computer! I don't do memorials for numbers, I couldn't care less about that.

I hope some of my memorials are helpful to others. A good percentage of my memorials are directly, or distantly, related to my husband or myself.

Remember, you can post photos without maintaining the memorial, and I will be happy to update.

Please send an edit rather than posting information in the flower section.

this is really for my own benefit!
In order to create a link in the biography of one memorial to someone else's memorial (such as the person's spouse or parent), you will need to use a bit of HTML code.

In the biography, you would need to type
< a href="http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=XXXXXXX">Name< /a>

where XXXXXXX is the GRid number of the memorial you want to link. The GRid is a unique id for each memorial and as such is the only thing within the entire URL that must be included. The "Name" is what will show up on the screen as a link.

You will need to remove the space between < and a at the beginning as well as the space between the < and / at the end. The spaces were added here to actually show you the code.
