I live in Washington DC and my primary interest is to reply to Find A Grave requests for Arlington National Cemetery (ANC), for two reasons. First, I live about 3 miles from the cemetery. And, second, my parents are buried at ANC. My mother served with the Army Nurse Corps during World War II. My father, who retired from the Army as a First Sergeant, received three awards of the Combat Infantry Badge for his service in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. I will also try to answer requests for other cemeteries located near to where I live in Washington DC. Besides my interest in military history, I am also an avid amateur genealogist and I enjoy researching my Italian and Ukrainian roots and helping others with their research.
