ABOUT ME
I've been involved in genealogy for nearly 25 years — researching all lines of my family, including ancestors, collateral ancestors, and cousins. I also enjoy researching my more than 400 known relatives who served in the military.
Virtually all of the memorials I have added and/or manage are for relatives of mine. I intend to add photos, obituaries, military service information, and relationship links to as many as I can.
I am a lead member of the "One-Name Study - Ulster Bowes" research group, which is using documentary and DNA evidence to trace Bowes descendants and link Scots-Irish Bowes families originating from Counties Fermanagh, Monaghan, and Cavan, Ireland. Descendants of this Bowes family are located in Ireland, the UK, Australia, Canada, and the USA.

FULFILLING MY PHOTO REQUESTS
If you fulfill any of my photo requests, please also consider emailing me the full-size images at "RBoasAncestry [at] gmail.com" (replace [at] with @). I'm also interested in plot numbers, burial dates, GPS coordinates, and cemetery maps, if available. Thank you!

POLICY ON USING MY PHOTOS AND RESEARCH
I grant permission to individuals to use my own copyrighted GRAVESTONE photos on other genealogy or cemetery websites or in family trees, AS LONG AS you credit me to this effect: Photo copyright R. Boas, FindAGrave.com member number 47304667. Used with permission.
I DO NOT grant permission to repost my posted portraits, snapshots, documents, etc. Contact me to request otherwise.
If you use ANY text from, or screenshots of, my managed memorial pages, or if you incorporate ANY of my memorials' relationship links into your own family tree, CREDIT ME in an accompanying comment or attached source citation to this effect: Written/Researched and transcribed by R. Boas, FindAGrave.com member number 47304667. Do not use my research or portions of my family tree (ie. relationship links) in your public family tree without attribution to me (in short, if you first learned it from one of my FindAGrave pages, CREDIT MY RESEARCH). This gives me due credit for my work, enables others to find and get in touch with me, and enables me to quickly identify my own "circular research" during my further, ongoing research. If you cannot abide by this, then simply keep your unsourced family tree with my research private, NOT public.
