MARY ANNETTE "NETTIE" FIELDS, 84, died Thursday at Suburban Hospital. She was the former Mary A. Mattingly, a native of Marion County and a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church. Survivors: daughters, Laura F. Roberts and E. Libby Hill; brothers, Emmanuel and Sim Mattingly; sisters, Ann E. Edelen, Rose Blair, Frances Stubbs and Laura J. Nalley; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. Funeral: 11 A.M. Monday, her church, 2040 Buechel Bank Road. Burial: Resthaven Memorial. Visitation: Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, 109 P.M. Sunday and after 9 A.M. Monday.
