Nannie Rose Blair, Louisville, a native of Marion County, KY, passed away November 11, 2001, at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was a member of St. Athansius Catholic Church. Survivors include daughters, Mary Lou Reece of Fairdale, Georgie Elzy of Louisville and Margaret Johns of Lebanon Junction, Ky; a son, William L. Blair Jr. of Fairdale; one brother, Emanuel "Baz" Mattingly; three sisters, Anna Elizabeth Wheatley, Mary Frances Stubbs, and Laura Jean Nalley; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Mario Rodenas-Oliver. Visitation: 4-8 p.m. Monday and 12-8 p.m. Tuesday at Arch L. Heady & Son-Okolona, 8519 Preston Hwy. Funeral: 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Athansius Catholic Church. Burial: Evergreen Cemetery. Expressions: Hospice of Louisville.
