ALFRED B. BERNIER
Employee For Many Years At the American Printing Company. Funeral Tuesday Morning
Alfred B. Bernier died this morning at his home, 396 Ridge Street. He was the husband of Mary L. (Tardiff) Bernier and the son of the late Stanislaus Bernier and the late Malvina (Gagnon) Bernier who died on October 26th.
Mr. Bernier has lived in Fall River for 55 years and for many years was employed at the Ammerican Print Works until the plant closed.
Surviving besides his wife are seven daughters, Mrs. Walter E. Lacroix of Norwalk, CT, Mrs. Martin J. Powers, Mrs. James F. Foley, Mrs. John Friery and the Misses Louise J., Amy F., and Lucille C. Bernier; one son, Albert L. Bernier; four sisters, Mrs. Alvin Q. Adams, Mrs. Peter Wood, Mrs. Edward Downey and Mrs. Elsie Cote; one brother Simon V. Bernier, three grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
His funeral will be held from his home on Tuesday morning with a high mass at St. Anne's Church at 10 AM.
