Simon V. Bernier of 376 Ridge Street, husband of the late Albertine (Berube) Bernier died at the age of 89. They married in Fall River, MA on February 13, 1899.
Born in Hudson, NY he was the son of the late Stanislaus and the late Malvina (Gagnon) Bernier.
His children are Wilfred L., William and Alfred Bernier; two daughters Hilda Cantin and Eva Bamford, all of Fall River and 13 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several neices and nephews.
His funeral was on a Saturday morning, with a solemn high mass of requiem in St Anne Church at 9 AM.
