Most all my memorials are from( ACTUAL GRAVE STONES ), very few are from records. I enjoy Finding lost or missing Cemeteries and have added a few over the years, I will enter the name that is on the stone , If they where called something different in life, then i will add a note to the memorial.
By changing memorial names will only create doubles and more work for us volunteers on getting doubles removed. Be kind read the Faqs and help section before adding a memorial or edit. remember that we are all Volunteers
Do not send a suggest edit with info that can be added by edit or the whole family history, (the Bio field is for info on the person not the family tree from Ancestry )
Also I will not be linking with out proof. I will first look at memorial to see if a photo of the stone provides the proof. If not then you can provide proof by sending me a (copy )of birth certificate , census or Death certificate Attached to email . (I WILL NOT LINK PARENTS UNLESS THE PARENTS HAVE PROOF OF BEING BURIED IN THAT CEMETERY ) Do Not Send A link . Also in email send the memorial Number who you want linked. (I will not Search for the links) Also i will not link undocumented memorials. (a memorial that don't have a stone marker , or unknowns. SEND PROOF TO [email protected]
