Mrs. Margaret Amerpohl, 91, died Saturday in Woodstock Memorial Hospital. She had spent the past several winters with her daughter, Mrs. Agnes Giesselbrecht, at Woodstock, Ill.

The former Margaret Gould was born Dec. 17, 1874, in Blanchardville, the daughter of Linus and Katherine Mill Gould. She attended Blanchardville schools. In 1890 she was married to Charles Amerpohl. He died in 1921.

Mrs. Amerpohl was a member of the Blanchardville Methodist church where funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Rev. James Jameson officiated and burial was in Graceland Cemetery.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. David Hodges, Chicago; and Mrs. Giesselbrecht; two sons, Henry, Milwaukee; and Clifford, Appleton; a sister, Mrs. Rose Gratton, Mineral Point; three brothers, Walter Gould, Blanchardville; Linus, Clearwater, Fla; and Ned, Milwaukee; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents; her husband; two daughters, Doris, 1897, at the age of six months and Cora, in 1956; a son, Walter in 1926; one brother and four sisters.

Saether funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
