"Mrs. Julia Condon, Former Odellian, Dies; Rites Saturday
ODELL, ILL. -- Mrs. Julia B. Condon of Chicago, formerly of the Odell area, died unexpectedly at her home Wednesday evening. Her body was taken to the Donnellan funeral home in Chicago.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 Saturday at the Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Chicago; graveside services will be conducted by the Rev. James Garrahan of Odell at St. Paul cemetery in Odell at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
Mrs. Condon was born in Nevada township, where she received her education. Her husband, Michael, died in 1948.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Irene Gassaway, Mrs. Marion Carney and Mrs. Dorothy Manny, all of Chicago; two sons, Earle J. and Jerry, both of Chicago; eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Walter Cuttill of Odell, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. William F. Martin of Odell."

"Funeral service for Mrs. Julia B. Condon of Chicago, formerly of this community, was held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the Lady of Peace Catholic church in Chicago. Burial was in St. Paul cemetery. The Rev. James F. Garrahan, of St. Paul church, conducted the graveside service. Several attended from Chicago, Blackstone, Dwight, Pontiac and Odell."
