The second daughter of Charles Zachariah "Charley" and Alice Siddie Moore Bryant. Ruby had a total of 10 siblings but only 6 lived. She grew up with 1 brother and 5 sisters. She is the only one of these children to remain in the Milan area after she was grown and married. She lived there most of her life until moving to Florida not long before her death according to her granddaughter.
On 23 Dec 1912, Ruby married Vernon Fly. They had 4 children to my knowledge. They are:
Virginia M Fly Boen 1917 – 2003
Charles Thomas Sr. Fly 1919 – 1994
Dorothy Sue "Polly" Fly Klase 1924 – 1984
Vernon Butler Fly Jr. 1934 –
She preceded Vernon in death by two years. Ruby is my grand aunt.
