Mrs. Florence Coen, 50, former resident of Anderson county, died Thursday, July .7, in a two car, head-on collision at 5341 State Avenue, Kansas City, Kan.
Mrs. Coen is survived by her mother, Mrs. Ludell Dart of the Boyd Nursing Home, Garnett. Four of Mrs. Coen's nine sisters are residents of Garnett. They are Mrs. Rose Burns, Mrs. Fred Hunt, Mrs. James A. Haynes and Mrs. J. 0. Tinsley.
Other sisters and brothers; are Mrs. Henry LilIy, Ottawa; Mrs. H. D. Koontz, Mrs. Ernest Maxcy and Mrs. John Brady, Kansas City, Kan.; Mrs, Claude Smith, Lawrence; and A. J. Dart of Santel, Calif.
Mrs. Coen's funeral was at 2 P.M.. today (July 11) at Farris Memorial chapel. Burial was in the Garnett cemetery.
