Incel "Jim" Clinton Anderson, 78, of Templeton RD1 died at 10:38 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, 1972 in Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. Mr. Anderson was a retied carpenter and member of the Church of God in Templeton. Born May 21, 1894 in Belknap, he was a son of William I and Sarah Jane (Smith) Anderson. Surviving are his wife Martha Jane (Sanford) Anderson; five sons, Charles, Kittanning RD6, Kenneth, James, and Edward all of Templeton RD1, and Leroy, Templeton; five daughters, Mrs. Fred (Grace) Lockhart, Mrs. Ralph (Janetta) Atherton both of Templeton RD1, Mrs. Hazel Reedy, Kittanning, Mrs. Jerry (Elsie) Slagle, Kittanning RD1, Mrs. Dale (Flossie) McKain, Kittanning RD2; three sisters, Mrs. Mamie Kirkpatrick,and Mrs. Daisy Steffy, Dayton, Mrs Etta Mumaw, New Bethlehem RD4; four brothers, Stanley, Smicksburg, Merle and Alfred, both of Kittanning RD2, Orien NJ, 46 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren. A son and three daughters are deceased. Friends will be received at the Merwin-Kennedy Funeral Home, Kittanning after 7 p.m. today. Service will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home conducted by his pastor Rev. C. Richard Main. Burial will be in Cochran Cemetery.
