Agnes, Roehl, 88, of Valley View Nursing Home, Jordan, formerly of Shakopee, died on June 7 at the nursing home.She was born on May 6,1895, in New Prague, the daughter of Christ and Catherine Mayer. She married Hubert Roehl on Nov. 30, 1933. He preceded her in death in 1976. Mrs. Roehl was a member of St. Mark's Church in Shakopee. Survivors include nieces Alvina Trickel, Harriet Sharpe and Marjorie Roehl, all of Shakopee and nephew Charles Johnston of Prior Lake. Private graveside services were held on June 8 at the Catholic cemetery in Shakopee with Father Peter Wittman officiating. Shakopee Valley News, June 15, 1983
