William Harold Jones (known as Harold), was born 9 April 1902 in Minneapolis, MN, the eldest son of Richard W. Jones (1873-1952) and Isabel Pratt Jones (1877-1954). He worked as a salesman for Linde Air Products. He married Agnes E. Nowak (1894-1972) on 31 August 1929 in Minneapolis, MN. They had four children: William (1930-1972), Marjorie (b.1931), Richard H. (1934-2008) and Virginia (b.1937). They resided in Minneapolis all their lives together. He was widowed in 1972. He died 11 January 1992 in Minneapolis at the age of 89, and was buried at Sunset Memorial Garden next to his wife, Agnes.
