Lacy J. Acord, 57, Dies at Residence
Lacy James Acord, 57-year-old Bolt resident, died at his home at 8:45 pm Saturday following an extended illness.
He was born in Raleigh County on Oct. 28, 1894, son of the late John and Della Callaway Acord.
He was a lifelong resident of the county and was employed as a blacksmith by the Raleigh-Wyoming Mining Company at Glen Rogers. He was a member of the Bolt Independent Baptist Church.
