Audrey Clifton Earlywine, age 76, of Pleasant Valley, Kentucky, a retired farmer and World War II veteran, husband of Josephine Lowe Earlywine, died Monday, September 24, 1990, at Nicholas County Hospital, in Carlisle, Kentucky, after a short illness. He was a member of the Dayton Chapel First Church of God and a member of Free and Accepted Masons Lodge No. 65 and Chapter of Order of the Eastern Star.

Survivors are: five sons, Bill Earlywine, of Bourbon County, and John Earlywine, Walter Earlywine, Roy Earlywine and Kenny Earlywine, all of Carlisle; a daughter Faye Ring, of Carlisle; three brothers, Ed Earlywine and Louis Earlywine, both of Ewing, and Bob Earlywine, of Bourbon County; four sisters, Betty Kelly, of Carlisle, Jean Hunt, of Mason County, Ruthy Mae King, of Lewis County, and Lida Belle Mitchell, of Fleming County; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 26, at Dayton Chapel First Church of God by Reverend Scott Briggs, Reverend Ted Doyle and Reverend James Gaunce. Casket bearers were Mike Robertson, Dennis Lowe, Ray Flora, Alvin Eckler, Bill Dayton and Lowry McCord. Honorary bearers will be members of the church board. Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home was in charge of services.
