Betty Ann Earlywine Kelley, age 69, of Carlisle, Kentucky, widow of T.B. Kelley, died Tuesday, June 27, 2000, at her residence. She was born in Nicholas County, Kentucky, to the late Harley and Lula Kelley Earlywine. She was a retired employee of Kentucky Textiles and a member of Carlisle Christian Church.

Survivors include: two sons, Blane (Jerri Nell) Kelley, of Somerset, and David (Nina) Kelley, of Columbus, Georgia; three daughters, Millie (Gerald) Adams, Mary Lou (Junior) Fryman and Beverly (Bud) McLean, all of Carlisle; two brothers, Ed Earlywine, of Ewing, and Bob Earlywine, of Paris; three sisters, Jean Hunt, of Maysville, Ruthie May King, of Vanceburg, and Lida Belle Mitchell, of Flemingsburg; 11 grandchildren, Patricia Adams, Tina Snoops, Kim Dawn (Jimbo) Bullock, Terry (Kim Ann) Fryman, Mark (Amy) Adams, Shawn Fryman, David Kelley, Nicky Kelley, Tiffany Kelley, David McLean and Rondall Blane McLean; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a great granddaughter, Kayli Lashea Mclean.

Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 29, at Carlisle Assembly of God Church by Reverend Darrell Sexton. Burial was in Carlisle Cemetery. Casket bearers were grandsons. Honorary bearers were granddaughters. Contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass. Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
