SOPERTON — Services for Wallace Athelle Braddy, 48, who died Friday in a Macon hospital, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Tarrytown Baptist Church. Linn Culler will officiate with burial in the Braddy Cemetery in Montgomery County.

Mr. Braddy, a native of Montgomery County, had lived in Treutlen County for 20 years. He was a farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Letitia Lowman Braddy of Soperton; two sons, Wallace L. Braddy and W.A. Braddy, both of Soperton; five daughters, Mrs. Betty Sue Daly, Mrs. Ruth Anne Cullens, Mrs. Judy Wade and Miss Myra Braddy, all of Soperton, and Mrs. Marie Sumner of Swainsboro; his mother, Mrs. Stella C. Braddy of Tarrytown; three sisters, Mrs. Atlas Gillis and Ms. Claudean Braddy, both of Soperton, and Mrs. Thelma Hale of Jacksonville, Fla.; five brothers, Steelie Braddy, M.A. Braddy and Julian Braddy, all of Soperton, Cecil Braddy and Van Braddy, both of Mt. Vernon; six grandchildren.

The body will remain at Sammons Funeral Home in Soperton until the funeral hour.
