Axel "Ben" is the second son born to Axel and Augusta Enberg. He grew up in their home at Farm Island Township, Aitkin Co. He was employed as farm labor, carpenter, as well as working in the iron mines for a period of time.

Axel Ben Enberg and Mary M. "Glennie" Sellers were married on July 18, 1921, in Crow Wing Co., Minnesota. They raised her two daughters, and had seven more children of their own.

They lived in Trommald, Crow Wing Co., for a few years, then relocated to Farm Island Township, Aitkin Co., Here they farmed and continued to raise their family.

Funeral services are being held at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, Oct. 21, for Axel B. Enberg, a resident of Farm Island township.

A Duluth minister will conduct the services from Koop funeral home.

Mr. Enberg was born Feb. 24, 1884 [sic], in Brainerd. He died at his Farm Island home on Thursday, Oct. 15."
