Selma grew up in Aitkin Co., Minnesota, on the family farm with her parents and siblings.

Selma and Emil Larson were married June 16, 1920 in Duluth, and made their home there.

Three children were born to the couple: Lynal, Wallace "Wally", and Helen.

Sadly, Selma passed away in 1933, leaving behind Emil and her three young children.

FORMER AITKIN WOMAN BURIED

Funeral services for Mrs. Selma Enberg Larson, wife of Emil Larson of Duluth, were held from the Swedish Baptist church of that city on Wednesday afternoon with burial in Union Cemetery. Mrs. Larson had been in ill health for some time and was found dead on the street Sunday being overcome by exposure. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Enberg and was born in Aitkin, where her girlhood days were passed.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Larson leaves two sons, Lynal E. and Wallace L. and one daughter, Helen Margaret [Helen Marvel]. Also five brothers and two sisters: Ben, Joe, Albert, Axel, and Mrs. Sigurd Johnson all of Aitkin; Mrs. John Lidstrom, Crosby, and Elmer Eberg[sic], Duluth.
