Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Elias Funeral Home, Streator. Pastor Bryce Hays of First United Methodist Church, Streator, will officiate and conduct graveside services at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Streator. Pallbearers will be Randall, Chuck, Terry and Thomas Teegardin, Todd Malizo and David McClenning.Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Born Sept. 27, 1910, in Streator, she was the daughter of Edward and Hazel (Jenkins) Crew. She married Walter Teegardin April 23, 1930, who passed away Feb. 13, 1981.
She is survived by sons, Eugene (Delores) and James (JoAnn) Teegardin, both of Streator; daughters, Lois Hutchcraft and Phyllis McClenning, both of Streator; nine grandchildren; a brother, Walter Crew of La Salle; sisters, Dorothy Grubb of Streator, Phyllis (Oliver) Clearwater of Tonica and Helen (Gilbert) Bridgefort of Rutland; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Leverne, James, Frank, Russell, Clifford, Glenn and Warren Crew; and sisters, Elizabeth Forbes and Rosalind Crank.
She was the former Sunday school treasurer, served as circle president for 10 Years and was a member of United Methodist Women for over 55 years.She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Streator.
