Phyllis A. McClenning, 82, of Streator, passed away Thursday Nov. 18, 2015 at Heritage Health and Rehabilitation.

Funeral services for Phyllis McClenning will be at 11 a.m. Saturday Nov. 28, 2015 at the Elias Funeral Home in Streator. Rev. Jerry Haley will officiate and also conduct graveside services at Hillcrest Memorial Park. A visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the Elias Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers will be members of her family and friends.

Phyllis was born June 25, 1932 in Streator, IL, she was the daughter of Walter and Ella (Crew) Teegardin, she was formerly married to Lloyd McClenning.

She attended local grade schools and graduated from Streator Township High School. She worked at Lipton Tea, Owens Glass Mfg. and Camelot Terrace Nursing Home. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Streator and was very active in all the activities at Fornoff Manor, she especially enjoyed scrap booking.
