Pearl was the daughter of Olive Leolia (Ussery) and Andrew Jackson Gideon Green. She married Robert Clay "Tige" Hall in Paducah, Cottle Co., Texas on 27 Dec 1922.

SLATON (Special) - Services for Pearl L. Hall, 91 will be at 11 a.m. Monday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Moore, pastor of First Baptist Church in Ackerly, officiating.

Chaplain Bob Phillips of the U.S. Air Force will assist.

Burial will be in Englewood Cemetery under direction of Englunds Funeral Service.

Mrs. Hall died Friday, Sept. 30, 1994, in Methodist Hospital.

She was born Dec. 6, 1902, in Collin County and lived in Cottle County before moving to Slaton in 1922. She married R. C. "Tige" Hall Sr. on Dec. 27, 1922. He died September 29, 1963. She also was preceded in death by a son, Harold Hall in 1932, and a daughter, Janice Phillips, on Jan 18, 1974.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church, TEL Sunday School Class, Eastern Star, Civic and Culture Club and Home Demonstration Club.

Survivors include two sons, R. C. Jr. of Slaton and John of Albuquerque, N.M.; a sister, Esther Addington of Lubbock; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Dick Jones, Bruce Jones, Richard Hall, Sam Phillips, Bob Peffer and Kim Merrewether.
