A son of Andrew Barton and Rachel Rebecca (Dodson) Foor. Husband of Emma Eliza (Spahn) Foor who died May 13, 1941.

Charles Foor of Saxton; Mable Evans and Vera Foor of Niles, OH; Stella Gettig, Freda Johnson and Edith Reed, all of Saxton; also 37 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
Brothers and sisters that survived him:
Violet Stanley of Wood; Pearl Lowe of Cypher; Bessie Musser of Six Mile Run; Iva Barthalow of East Palestine, OH; Cora Christopher of Cypher; Lloyd Foor of Saxton; Charles Foor of Defiance and Ace Foor of Sharon.
Mr Foor was a member of the Church of God.
He was a member of the LOOM of Huntingdon. He retired from Blair Engineering Coal Company in 1941.
Rev. Coy Foor officiated the funeral service from the Church of God at Six Mile Run. Interment was in Duvall Cemetery under direction of the Masood funeral service, Saxton.
