He was survived by the following children:
J. Peter Foor of Cypher; William Albert Foor of Saxton; Mrs. Chester Mellott of Hopewell RD; Acie B. Foor of Everett; Mrs. Frank Stanley of Wood; Mrs. Isaac Lowe of Cypher; Chester F. Foor of Defiance; Stanley C. Foor, Mrs. Robert Christopher, both of Cypher; Mrs. Harvey Musser of Six Mile Run; and Mrs. Wesley Mellott of Petersburg, OH.
Also surviving were two brothers, William and Edward Foor, both of Cypher.
Rev. Riley Daniels officiated the funeral service from the Rays Cove Christian church with burial in the church cemetery. Huff's funeral service was in charge of arrangements.

The death certificate notes he lived in Hopewell Township his whole life. His residence was Hopewell RD 2. Burial was in "Rays Cove, Pa." June 1, 1942, by R. E. Huff, Saxton, Pa.
