A daughter of Barton and Rebecca (Dodson) Foor. She was twice married, first with Simon Wesley Mellott and later with John A Bartholow.
She was survived by three daughters, Mona G. (Mellott) Everetts, Goldie R. (Mellott) Banks, and Mary (Mellott) Bivens; a son, John W. Bartholow; two brothers, Charles Foor of Defiance, PA, and Lloyd C. Foor of Hopewell; a sister, Bessie Musser of Six Mile Run, Pa; 14 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Interment: Crest Haven Memorial Gardens at Rogers.
