Mrs. Dragoo was born in Charlottesville, but at an early age she came to Muncie where she spent the rest of her life. She was a graduate of Muncie Central High School and attended Ball State University.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Donald (Rosabel) Holmes, Mrs. Ethyl Mauzy Simes, and Mrs. Ruth Mauzy McFadden, all of Muncie; and four nieces and nephews, Robert Simes, Mrs. Robert Heeter, and Thomas H. Steck, all of Muncie, and Mrs. W.W. Gideon, Greenville, S.C.
Friends will be received one hour before services to be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Meeks Mortuary with Dr. Laurance Martin, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.
