Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Monday, Jan. 1, 1962, at 2 p.m. at the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock. Interment in St. Jacob's (Stone) Church Cemetery.

John P. Caslow Dies AT Home Near Neiman
Neiman - John P. Caslow, 75, husband of Mrs. Lizzie Kraber Caslow, died yesterday at 11 a.m. at his Glen Rock RD 2 home, near this place, after an eight-week illness.
A farmer, he resided in Codorus Township for the past 50 years. He belonged to the United Church of Christ congregation of St. Jacob's (Stone) Union Church and the Sunday School.
At the time of his death, he was serving as treasurer of St. Jacob's Cemetery committee. In 1950, he retired after 40 years service in the Brodbeck Band.
Surviving, besides his wife, are three children, Mrs. Romaine Sheffer, Washington, D.C.; Roy H. Caslow, Glen Rock RD 2, and Mrs. Kenneth E. Sweitzer, Dover RD 2; 13 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a brother, Jacob K. Caslow, Glen Rock, and two sisters, Mrs. Worthy Manchey, Red Lion, and Mrs. Adam Glatfelter, Glen Rock RD 2.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock. His pastor, Rev. George A. Heisey, will officiate, assisted by Rev. Dr. Kenneth S. Ehrhart, pastor of St. Jacob's Lutheran congregation. Interment will be in St. Jacob's Church Cemetery.

Couple Wed Half Century Honored
Glen Rock - Mr. and Mrs. John P. Caslow, Glen Rock RD 2, observed the 50th anniversary of their wedding at St. Jacob's (Stone) Union Church, near Glenville.
A dinner was served to members of the immediate family following which an open house was held attended by approximately 200 persons.
Mr. Caslow, a son of the late Jacob T. and Adaline Krebs Caslow, has always lived and worked the farm on which he was born. His wife is a daughter of the late Henry and Mary Jane Shriner Kraber.
They are the parents of three children: Mrs. Romaine Sheffer, Washington, D.C.; Roy H. Caslow, Glen Rock RD 2, and Mrs. Kenneth Sweitzer, Dover RD 2. There are 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The celebrants were presented with numerous gifts.
