Born June 17, 1892, Clarkston, Cache County, to George Henry and Elizabeth Zaugg Godfrey. Married George Davis Thompson Feb. 23, 1911, Logan LDS Temple; he died Sept. 14, 1948. Married Edgar Osguthorpe July 21, 1954, Salt Lake City.
Survivors: husband; sons, daughters, Jay G. Thompson, Salt Lake City; Warren Thompson, Denver, Colo.; Ralph Thompson, Sandy; Mrs. Harold E. (Ruby) Wright, Mrs. Clair M.
