Born June 17, 1892, Clarkston, Cache County, to George Henry and Elizabeth Zaugg Godfrey. Married George Davis Thompson Feb. 23, 1911, Logan LDS Temple; he died Sept. 14, 1948. Married Edgar Osguthorpe July 21, 1954, Salt Lake City.
Survivors: husband; sons, daughters, Jay G. Thompson, Salt Lake City; Warren Thompson, Denver, Colo.; Ralph Thompson, Sandy; Mrs. Harold E. (Ruby) Wright, Mrs. Clair M. (Donna) Workman, both Midvale; 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers, sisters, William Godfrey, Preston, Idaho; Brigham Godfrey, Mrs. S. L. Funeral Wednesday 1 p.m., Midvale Third-Fourth LDS Ward Chapel, 75 Olympus St. Friends call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Tuesday from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday an hour before services at the ward chapel. Burial in Midvale City Cemetery.
