Blair, Sr. on 9 April 1918 in Greene Co, IL.A resident of Carlinville, Illinois, she is survived by three daughters: Eloise Featherstone of Greenfield; Estalene Beckman of Clayton and Faye Dwyer of Carlinville; one son: Frank Blair, Jr. of Carlinville; 15 grandchildren and 29 g-grandchildren; two sisters: Sylvia McCauley of Jerseyville and Pandora Duncan of Monks Corner, S.C.; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by three children: Marvin in 1987, Wilma in 1932 and Elon in 1938; one g-granddaughter: Christina Carrillo in 1983; four brothers; and six sisters.
