Elizabeth was born between 1796 and 1802 (sources vary), in Unionville, now Aura, Gloucester Co., NJ. She was the daughter of John Jackson and Amy Watson. She married Isaac Garrison on 31 July 1817 in Salem Co., NJ. She died in Unionville (Aura).
Elizabeth and Isaac had at least 9 children, as follows:

2. Samuel, born abt 1823, married Sarah Ann, died after 1877 (then living in Dennisville, Cape May Co., NJ);
