"Hannah (Belle) Butler Guynn, 64, 237 (So.) Third East St., died at her residence Friday at 6:30 a.m.
A daughter of William and Jane R. MacDuff Butler, she was born Aug. 3, 1884. She married Leonard V. Guynn, in Salt Lake City. She was a life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is survived by four brothers and three sisters, John M. Butler, Thomas E., Ralph M., Joseph T. Butler, all of Salt Lake City; Miss Catherine B. Butler, Salt Lake City; Mrs. T.L. Parker, San Luis Obispo, Calif.; Mrs. Dora Openshaw, Phoenix, Ariz.
Funeral services will be held Monday from 10 a.m. to time of services. Burial will be in City Cemetery."
Cause of death: Cardiac Decompensation, Mitral Stenosis, Rheumatic Heart Disease.
