Victoria -- Adelia F. Brungardt, 80, died Thursday, Oct. 3 at St. Anthony Hospital. She was born Aug. 7, 1905 at Victoria to Anton A. and Catherine (Linenberger) Dreiling.

She married Ambrose Brungardt Oct. 11, 1926 at Victoria.

She lived in Victoria all her life. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Fiedlis Catholic Church, Daughters of Isabella, Third Order of St. Francis and Christian Mothers, all of Victoria.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; two sons, Dr. Gilbert A., Towson, Md., and Paul F., Victoria; six daughters, Sister Valeria Brungardt, Yvone Rohleder and Patricia Schmidt, all of Hays, LuVerna Schulte, Victoria, Cecilia Brungardt, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Ruth Polifka, Catherine; two brothers, Clem A. Dreiling, Livonia, Mich. and Louis M. Dreiling, Denver; three sisters, Rose Rome and Flora Ridpath, both of Victoria, and Agnes Penka, Larned; 20 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were October 7 at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Father Gilmary Tallman officiated; burial was in the church cemetery.
