Kathern Clinton
Graveside services for Kathern Clinton, 82, of Carnegie were held Saturday, January 28, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carnegie Cemetery.
Kathern was born December 20, 1923 in Carnegie to Sam and Betty (Anderson) Powers and died Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at the Corn Heritage Village.
She married John T. Clinton. He preceded her in death on December 23, 1993. She had lived in Carnegie most of her life.
She is survived by seven children, Bob Clinton and wife, Pury, Dwane Clinton and wife, Lois Jean, Judy Scott and husband, Don, Dannny Clinton and wife, Lucy, Jan Bearden and husband, David, Johnny Clinton and wife, Debbie, all of Carnegie and Pam Urquia and husband, Pedro of Oklahoma City; 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Polly and husband, John of Wichita Falls, Texas and Barbara Johnson and husband, Steve of Bowie, Texas; and dear friends, Ann White and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, seven brothers and two sisters.
Services were under the direction of Ray and Martha's Funeral Home in Carnegie.
