Rites held for Harvey Lee Blackwell: Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon, April 25th, 1963, at the Memorial Baptist Church for Mr. Harvey Lee Blackwell, who departed this life in his 81st year. Interment was in the New Haven Cemetery. Surviving the deceased are his wife Carrie (nee Sneed); two daughters, Mrs. Ervin Branson of Villa Ridge, MO, and Mrs. John Grannemann of New Haven, MO; five sons, Monroe of Cape Girardeau, MO, Melvin of St. Louis, Chester of San Bernido, Calif, Raymond of Sullivan, MO and Robert of Union, MO, one sister, Mrs. Emma Evans of Dixon, MO, and one brother, Walter of Dixon, MO.
